Tyre Markings
To find out the size of your tyres, you will need to look at the mixture of letters and numbers on the sidewall. The table below will explain what these markings mean.
| Sidewall marking | What it means |
|---|---|
| 205 | Width of the tyre in millimetres |
| 65 | Height of the tyre sidewall as a percentage of the width (also know as the aspect ratio) |
| R | Radial construction |
| 16 | The diameter of the tyre's inner rim in inches |
| 95 | Load rating of the tyre |
| H | Speed rating of the tyre |
